A Leprechaun wishes to know which Build is the best for PvE:
Earthquake or Devestating Hammer?
A Leprechaun also would like to know what the build consists of and how to use it.

Leprechaun:
I got a few glad points this weekend with this build:
RA W/E 10 Air, 15 Str, 11 Hammer; Stonefist Gaunlets/Knight Boot/Glads Armor; Vamp Hammer
Signet of Strength
Devastating Hammer {E} -knockdown
Crushing Blow
Heavy Blow -knockdown
Shock -knockdown
Frenzy
Conjure Lightning
Of course this build needs a competent monk to keep it alive, but nothing could survive the 3 knockdown combo once 5-7 adrenalin is built up. Theres better variations of this but basically chain knockdowns to kill anything. Theres a 4 knockdown build as well.

hammer build for pve eh? (that's a pvp build above)
Never used hammer for pve, and rarely seen anyone else doing it (nothing worth noting anyways)
Might want to try battle rage + yeti smash or enraged smash + some ias.
But if you really want the elite knockdown, then I guess a pvp build would do after all.

I just run my GvG build in PvE:
Warrior/x
Hammer: 16 (12+1+3)
Strength: 9 (8+1)
Tactics: 11 (10+1)
Hammer Bash
Backbreaker [Elite]
Crushing Blow
Irresistable Blow
Frenzy
Heal Sig

^ I really like the Enraged Smash builds I've seen.
Something like:
1.)To the Limit
2.)Enraged Smash {E}
3.)Counter Blow
4.)Watch Yourself
5.)Bonnetti's Defense
6.)Rush
7.)Tiger's Stance/Frenzy/Flurry
8.)Rez Sig
All the adrenaline skills are cheap, and charge quickly, so you can fuel Enraged Smash from the get go, and you just spam it from then out. The adrenaline utility skills are not meant to be used constantly, just when needed.
